High School Students: Apply to become a Peer Mentor

Empower middle school students to dream big and create meaningful futures. As a Peer Mentor, you will inspire and guide Student Fellows, helping them explore their passions and build confidence in their ability to create positive change in their lives and communities.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Southern California public high school

  • Event Attendance: Available to participate in the Career Exploration Conference on March 29, 2025, at Quail Valley Middle School in Phelan, CA

  • Mentorship Commitment: Able to attend biweekly mentorship meetings (in-person or remote) from April to August 2025

By becoming a Peer Mentor, you'll develop leadership skills, connect with a supportive community, and contribute to a vision of equity and collective well-being.

Applications are open through January 31, 2025 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
